The CATIA Alliance partners held another meeting at University of Economics – Varna on 3 August 2021 from 10 am to 12 am to discuss the Alliance current state and future development.
Assoc. Prof. Radan Miryanov, UE – Varna Vice-Rector for Internationalization, hosted the forum and he welcomed attendees on behalf of UE – Varna academic governance and personally on behalf of Prof. Evgeni Stanimirov, UE – Varna Rector.
Assoc. Prof. Evgeni Evgeniev, international advisor, Dr. Krassimira Yancheva, UE – Varna CATIA Alliance Coordinator, and Ms. Miroslava Ivanova, Head of UE – Varna Project Management Taskforce, all attended the event in person.
Ms. Katalin Wollak, international advisor, along with partner university representatives from Lithuania, Latvia and Italy attended the forum online.
The Alliance members first presented the cultural and creative industries deliverables from January to July 2021.
Then Assoc. Prof. Miryanov introduced to attendees the first international advisors: Ms. Katalin Wollak and Assoc. Prof. Evgeni Evgeniev.
The third part of the event, moderated by Dr. Krassimira Yancheva, was a discussion of the future steps of the CATIA Alliance.
All attendees shared exciting ideas, put forward proposals, expressed opinions, raised issues, and made comments on future joint Alliance initiatives and opportunities in the cultural and creative industries.
